Sales ?!! - Again!

Is it not just me receiving very slow service ? Ordered the Oracle Data Access Components just over 2 days ago and still havn't received the licence key etc. despite a reminder and an emal to 'sales'.

I still havn't received anything. I know my email is working fine because I have received other emails and the activation email for this forum arrived instantaneously when I registered. Will check again in an hour or so ....
