my application was made with odac 4.50 on an oracle 9i
to benefits improvement of the new version
we purchased the new odac version 5.80

our base is object oriented we have lot's of imbrication
as Table.object1.object2.object3.attribute
and more ...

the table that block me have nearly 1000 fields

and we have some problem to see some fields in application

Please describe the problem more detailed. Also supply us the following information:
- Version of Delphi or C++ Builder
- Exact version of ODAC. You can see it in Oracle | About menu of IDE
- Version of your Oracle server and client

Version of ODAC : 5.80.0.38
but all 5.x version cause this problem
IDE Version : Delphi 2006 update 2
Oracle Version Server : 9.2.0.4
Oracle Version Client : 9.2.0.4

I tried to see where happen this problem ,
i pass when i change src on oraobject but failed after on update
i think that modification due to marshall cause this problem
but it is really improvement of 5.xx version

We cannot reproduce the problem. Please send to ODAC support address complete sample that demonstrates the problem and include script to create server objects.

I've Send you a project with example last week
but we haven't any news about it

i only want to know if you looked
at this project
cause we don't know if there's a solution for this !

and in case of you/we can't patch it we want to know what can we do
about the sales product , we can't use ?

Great thanks for this patch , i have install this today and
a 2nd bug appears :

when i change a value from dblookupcombobox on certain field i've a Error Message oranls... this bug happen in my application
but not in sample ,
In sample, lots of field in 2nd tab are empty but not in table
and when i set these field with the sample project and i post with Button "Appliquer" i loss information
and other empty field (but they don't) in third tab as TdbCHeckbox
when i check , post and i want to close the application by Alt+F4 i 've an OCI-21500 Error

i send you immediately the project updated

We have reproduced this problem and we are working on it. You will be notified when we fix the problem.

We have fixed this problem. The fix will be included in the next build of ODAC.
