Installation Problem

i get the following error when i will install odac580d10net.msi :

Error 1935.An error occorred during the installation of assembly 'CoreLAb.Vcl,Version"5.80.0.4038",Culture="neutral",FileVersion="5.80.0.4038". Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80070005

how can i fix this?

The possible reasons of this error are:
1. BDS 2006 is running while while installing ODAC.
2. You don't have full access or rights to install software on that system.
3. Sometimes antivirus programs can cause this problem.
