New build of ODAC version 5.50.0.16 is available for download now.
This version includes:

NCHAR support added
Different state of Net option at design-time supported
Bug with 10g client under CLR fixed
Bug with memory leak in big strings fixed
Bug with Cancel and ExtStrings fixed
Bug with lob assertion fixed
