Where can I read more about Oracle Shared server mode-Pooling Option (TOraSession) - Intraweb pooling type application...

I mean what to do and what not to do...now I'm too confused about too much pooling...

The work with pooling options = true is the same as without it, except one thing - if you use Oracle temporary tables that linked to session they can stay at Oracle server even after you call Disconnect method of TOraSession, till the application close or connection lifetime expired.
