I have a BDE application which runs on many PCs. I convereted the application to ODAC and it runs on many PCs except one. The error message is "Cannot Open Query". I logged on to Oracle as the PC user using SQL Plus/Explorer and was successful. What could be wrong with the PC that it can't run an ODAC application which runs well on others?
