Any feature comparison chart between ODAC Net Edition and ODAC Standard Edition?

Additional feature of ODAC Net Edition is Net option. With Net option ODAC allows to connect without Oracle client software installed on workstation. In such case ODAC requires only TCP/IP protocol and allows to build really thin database application.

I have seen there is some features in standard edition but not in Net edition.
