Unicode problem (Property does not exist)

When I set UseUnicode=true I take an error like "Error reading myDatabase->Options.UseUnicode: Property does not exist" How can i solve this problem??

Prog Lang: Borland C++5.0
ODAC vers: 5.70.1.33(trial)
OS: Win2000Pro

We cannot reproduce the problem. If it is possible send to ODAC support address complete sample that demonstrates the problem and include script to create server objects.
