Hi,

I am using ODAC NET Version 5.10.4.12 with Delphi7 and I get this Error:

Popup Window shows "NET: Connection Timed Out" when I attempt to connect to a Remote Oracle 8i Database on a XP Workstation with SP2.

Is there any Information about how I can troubleshoot this ?

Are there any special listener.ora Parameters I need to set ?

If I connect from the local XP Machine everything works fine.

Disabling the Firewall solved the Problem

We reproduced this problem and fixed it in the last ODAC build. Please see ODAC 5.10.4.13.
