ODAC versus dbExpress

Could someone explain to me what is the difference in accessing Oracle through dbExpress versus ODAC ?

Does it make sense to buy both of them ?

I'm planning to use dbExpress and/or ODAC with:
- Oracle v9.2.0.1 with
- Develeoper Express Quantum Grid Suite
- Delphi 7 on WinXP SP2.

I advise you to use ODAC as dbExpress technology has many restrictions,
flaws and errors. Moreover, ODAC gives you much more features.
