Are these versions compatible and if not what do I need to do to make them work?

Odac: 5.70.0.28
MyDac: 4.30.0.11

I purchased both the Odac and MyDac on April 3, 2006.

ODAC 5.70.0.28 and MyDAC 4.30.0.11 are not compatible. The latest compatible versions are ODAC 5.70.0.30 and MyDAC 4.30.0.12.
