I have inherited some source code using types like TOraStoredProc, TOraSession, TOraTransaction

And uses the units Ora, OraTransaction

My question which component package to buy? I've already bought "dbExpress driver for Oracle Standard" but that is not enough.

You can work with Oracle Cloud (DBaaS) using ODAC Standard Edition. However, in this case, the Direct Mode (the ability to work with the database without Oracle client), as well as a number of components (including TOraTransaction) will not be available to you.
