ORA-01017 after upgrade, other client apps work

We have a custom application that uses ODAC that was created about 6 years ago. All we have is an executable. Since upgrading from 11.2.01 to 11.2.04 we are unable to use the app. I am getting the ORA-01017 error. I am able to connect with other client applications located on the same computer. Any recommendations?

Please describe the issue in more detail. What operation mode of our components do you use: OCI Mode or Direct Mode? Do you use the same connection parameters (user name and password) when all your applications run while accessing the Oracle server ? In case of using the Direct Mode, the described issue occurred when switching to work with the server Oracle 11.2.0.4, as server access protocol was changed. We have already supported this protocol in ODAC. To solve the issue, try our components work using the latest trial version 10.2.6 (09-Jul-2018): https://www.devart.com/odac/download.html
