I just downloaded an installed ODAC version 5.70.0.29. When I start up my program written with the trial version (now with the paid version), I get the error ORA-0641 NETCMD error and the Delphi report that the NET option is not available.

To use NET option you should use ODAC NET edition. Please check that you use correct editon. You can do this using ODAC menu About item.
