Severe bug in 9.6.22 c++ builder xe8, conflict with indy TIdSMTP (VCL).

install odac 9.6.22
=> new vcl project
=> drop TOraSession, TOraQuery, TIdSMTP on the form.

Try to build, compile error.
Build is OK with odac 9.6.21.
