9.6.20 Unknown error 1 in Direct Mode

We have the same problem Unknown Error 1 in Direct Mode followed by Unknown Error ORA-65535 in ODAC 9.6.20 when we have an idle time of approximately 20 minutes. What is the cause of this error? What changes were made to fix this issue? Can we somehow update our 9.6.20 to get rid of the same problem?

Try downloading ODAC 10.2.7 Trial Edition. If the error does not occur in it, you can renew your subscriptions to access the official latest version, otherwise provide us with the required information to reproduce the problem.
