ODAC trial version requires C++ Builder IDE ???

Hi,
i'm trying to run exe file compiled with C++ Builder 6 using ODAC trial version, on computer with ORACLE presonal edition 8.0.1.7 but I get this error ODAC trial version requires C++ Builder IDE.
Is it possible to run exe files with ODAC trial??? Mayby I have to include some liblaries to my source code during compilation???

You must have C++ Builder IDE running on the target machine. ODAC registered
version has no such restriction.
