I have error
Cannot load OCI DLL:F:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\BIN\oci.dll
Cannot find OCI.DLL

Cannot find OCI.DLL:
Windows XP, Oracle 10.2XE client (this client have no tnsnames.ora, connect string host:port/service_name is used for connecting DB server).
ODAC 3.90 for Delphi 4

Please try to connect to Oracle server using SQL*Plus and BDE.

BDE (5.1) OK (we are replacing BDE with ODAC now
sqlplus (10.2XE) OK

Connected using SQL*Plus and BDE successful. And Connected using ODAC with Oracle10g for Win 32 successful. But i have error on connect using ODAC with Oracle10g for Win 64.

The support for Oralce 10g was added in ODAC 5.00.
We still can not reproduce the problem with connecting on Win XP 64. Please specify the configuration of your computer more detailed.

oracle client 10.2.0 on 64bit Windows 2003 Server. Oracle cliente run well. we need acces by dbexpoda. On this system also BDE not run's
