Yes, you can use both ODAC and SDAC in one project if they are compatible. The latest compatible versions are:
ODAC 5.70.0.28 from 26.01.06
SDAC 3.70.0.24 from 26.01.06

Have you a plan to develop any components of direct connect to Interbase and Firebird server (to connect without IB client software installed on workstation)?

Yes, we are going to release beta version of components for Interbase in some not too distant future. But the components will not support connecting without IB client in the first version.
