Hi,

I am using latest ODACs 9.0.2 and RAD Studio XE4 incl. Update 1

whenever I try to post something with a query object I get the error msg

invalid class typecast

This is used within a dll and the session was opened within the main program.

In RAD Studio XE3 there is no such error message.

We cannot reproduce the problem. Try reproducing the problem on our demo application ..\Devart\ODAC for RAD studio XE4\Demos\Miscellaneous\Dll\. If the problem doesn't repeat, please send a small project (both application and library) reproducing the problem to alexp*devart*com
