Hi

I have just installed Delphi2006 WIN32 personality only. I then installed the ODAC10.msi. When starting Delphi2006 I get following error message

Failed to load IDE add in ''C:\Program Files\CoreLab\Odac for Delphi
2006\Bin\CoreLab.Odac.MigWizard.dll'.
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
Additional Information: The type initializer for "CoreLab.Odac.MigWizard.TOraCompReplaceExpert" threw an exception.

Any help will be appreciated.

It is a khown problem. It happens because you don't have necessary .NET assemblies. You can disable loading of this assembly in the Error message box.
