AllocObject('XXX') ???

does the 'xxx' must exists in 'Types' ?
seems that the 'xxx' can not be in a 'package' , is that so?

other: When odac support AllocObject('XXX') with Net option.

Please note that OCI does't support Record types. All other types that you can declare in
package ODAC supports.
