I am currently internationalising a product, and want to change from DOA to ODAC. Looking at some of your functions in the OraCall unit, it appears that not all handle unicode. In particular, ones that deal with Oracle Home and TNS Names.

Is this an oversight, or has it been determined that these functions do not need to be updated?

ODAC doesn't have such functionality. We are plan to support it but not in the nearest time.
