This feature support is quite complex (as many other Net option features) and we plan to include it in one of the next ODAC versions. I can't give you approximate term of implementation, but I guess it will not be available in the nearest future.

ok, maybe its' complex, but I guess devart can give as at least a statement

Currently we have no plans of supporting BFILE in the Direct mode.
