Hello!

Five days ago I have purchase ODAC at this server via shareit.com, and didn't recieve any mail with download link? But my Credit Card was charged. Is it OK?

How long time usually mails come ?
I have writed mails about this to processing and to "Contact" form,
but didn't receive any.

Tell me please - Which person I can contact to solve this problem?

The problem is solved.

P.S. You should take into account anti-spam systems, if you offer paid service by mail, or enable downloading right after verification Credit Card.
