Hi,
we're trying to get a price on an upgrade (or renew) of several ORAC+SDAC licenses but we haven't received any response to the messages we sent using the web site for a week or so.
The name of the person sending the email is Dave Heffner and the licenses should be under the customer number 01345. The latest version we purchased should be 5.10.
Could anybody please respond to him and CC me so we can move forward? This matter is really urgent now...
