In the installation of odac9.msi, using the command (msiexec.exe/i odac9.msi), the following error is presented. "This package of Instação cannot be opened. It enters in contact with the supplier of the applicatory one to verify if this is a valid package of the Windows Installer. Operational system Windows 2000 Pro.
