Delphi7 x ODAC6.70 x Win2003 Server Problem

I have strange problem in my application.
My application is compiled in WinXP SP3 using Delphi7 with ODAC 6.70. This application runs in Windows 2003 Server and during any Connect method of a OraSession an exception raises with message below:
NET: Access violation at address 005F08CD in module 'APPNAME.EXE'. Read of address 00000008.
Has anyone already have this problem?
