ODAC components are only shown to installer user

Hi there,
I'd just installed ODAC 6.50 under Delphi 7 and as long as my dev user isn't an admin, I used other user (A local, not domain admin) to do the installation job.
After that, I logged off and loggin' back with my dev user I noticed the ODAC pallete was not there.
Loggin as the installer user, or just executing D7 as that user, all components are there under Oracle tab, and it asked if I wanted to install the Add-on!
What could I do to solve this issue?
