ODAC and service

Hello,
we have problem with ODAC 5.50 working with
(1) service and
(2) NET-option.
If the service is started, any other programm that works with NET-option, brings the message: "NET: ORA - 03127"
There was no such problem in ODAC 4.5
Please, help

next ODAC build.
