Never read about 64bit compatibility of ODAC 5 with Builder 6 on Windows 2003. But it worked fine till i upgraded to the latest version 5.80.

Now when starting the application an error message tells that this program is not 64bit compatible. Any ideas or a new build?

Please check that the problem is caused by ODAC. Create new test application with some ODAC components and try to run it under Windows 2003 64-bit.
