No software license after 11 days?

Has anyone had delays in receiving their software licenses, even after being charged payment? I am not very impressed by the 'help' or 'support' teams since they have not responded to any of my reminders or emails. (I have checked my email settings and have received messages from crlab and share-it.com before). Don't get me wrong, I really would like to use the software and I need to test ODAC on a client site for further investigation (and possibly the purchase of a site-license), but that is impossible with the trial version. Project deadlines are looming CRLab - please help!
