Unable to add sourcecontrol

According to the "New Oracle Data Access Components 11.1.0.5.10 Beta Features" there should be a "Oracle Database script project to provide source control of Oracle scripts". Is there any trick to it.

I'm running VS Team System 2005, Using TFS at source control.
