BDE migration wizard and Delphi translation files

Does ODAC have a file to convert Delphi translation files (dfn,dfm)?
It looks like the BDE migration wizard convert only source (pas,dfm) files.

Hello,

ODAC Migration Wizard can convert only pas and dfm files.
