ODAC + Windows 7 = no listener ?

Hi,

i haved installed ODAC (6.90.0.54) and RAD Studio 2007 on Windows 7.

I can not use the direct connection to Oracle 9.2 with Windows 7 (Client PC).
Allways i get the error message "no listener".

Same Installation on Windows XP is runing.

Can anyone help me ?
