BDE Migration Wizard Problems

Hello,
i use the Borland C++ Builder 6 Enterprise Suite with ODAC 6.25.2.14.
After the installtion i want use the BDE Migration wizard which should be in the Oracle Menu. But i cant find it. Can some one telle me where i have to look

BDE Migration Wizard is available only for Delphi.
