[request]seperate Port and SID Input entry in TConnectDialog

Hello

I would like to expect seperate input entries for Port and SID in the current TConnectDialog.

It will be much straight forward to user instead of telling them the format of

Host:Port:SID

Actually it is already available during the design-mode for the session editor in Detail.
