How should the new version be downloaded?

Hi!
" A topic as New build of ODAC version 6.10.1.10 is available for download now." is taken out, but how should the latest version be downloaded? ODAC6.0 is possessed at present, and a rise would like to date in a newest version, but a way isn't understood. Please tell me someone you know. Thank you.
