Delphi IDE Locks-up when Trying to look at TOraSQL Params

Delphi v7, ODAC v 5.70.1.34
Oracle 9 server, v8.1.7 client

I have a problem with Odac OraSql component within Delphi v7 environment.
When I try to view the Params property of TOraSQL component,
the Delphi GUI locks up.

Does TOraSQL editor dialog appear when you try to edit Params property? If the dialog appears, is it also locked or you can use controls on it?

No, the TOraSQL editor dialog does not appear when I try to edit the Params property. In fact, Clicking on the Params property in the Object Inspector(for TOraSQL) is when the Delphi Environment locks up. Then, because it is locked-up, I have to 'End Task' Delphi with the Windows Task Manager.
Please advise!

Note: I am in California (PST time). What is the time difference with you?
I assume you are in Europe(9 or 10 hours ahead). Is there a time we can communicate either by phone or Web access (Webex)?
This loss of functionality is critical to me and I need a more timely way to resolve this issue. I am afraid that one reply per day will extend this issue too long. Whereas a conversation or Webex session can work much better. I am willing to be available 24 hours if need be.

Additional background info:

This lockup issue is new. Last time I needed to change the TOraSQL params/PLSQL was maybe 3 weeks ago). I have been developing this app and was able to get to the TOrasql Editor Dialog before. I had added Params, DML Array, PL/SQL code and calls to an Oracle Procedure to the TOraSQL component. All the functionality worked as expected.
At this point I need to add functionality, but I can't get to the TOraSQL Editor Dialog.

We have never faced with such problem. Check if the problem remains after you reinstall Delphi and ODAC.

OK, I will try to re-install ODAC component.
Do I need to do an un-install before install?
or, will the install simply overlay the previous install?

You should uninstall ODAC before reinstalling it. Reinstalling Delphi may also help.
