Can't add review comment

user can't add review comment in code, error raised as below:
"access denied, insufficient access rights to add comment."
version: 3.6.465
any suggestion?

Hi,
Thank you for reporting the problem. What is the role of user in the review ? What is the status of the review?
Note, if you want to add comment in review you should be a Reviewer or Moderator or Assignee. Status of the review must be 'Rework Needed' or 'Pending' or 'Response Required'.

the user is 'reviewer', the status is 'pending', user can check in code (have TFS permission) and can add general comment in code review request, but can't add review comment in source code.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this problem in the latest version (4.0.86). We recommend you to upgrade RA if your subscription of the license is not expired. Otherwise, please provide us with the following screenshots:
1. Setting of the RA project
2. Code Review Board
3. Message with error
