I'm trying to delete the "default" user from Review Assistant and am getting the error "You cannot remove or change access rights for permanent user". Is there any way to delete the default user?

No you can't delete the default administrator user. You can rename it and use as an ordinary user. Also, we have plans to do not consider administrator as a licensed user: http://devart.uservoice.com/forums/1453 ... ensed-user

Is there a way to "link" it to an Active Directory user?

No, there is no way to link Admin user with an Active Directory, that's why we plan to stop considering administrator as a licensed user.
