Licenses

Post by jstonis » Mon 08 Sep 2014 18:13

We started about 15 people using the system on the trial edition. We've recently purchased 10 licenses - but still have 15 "users". 5 of them are not using the system. I've keyed in the license key and I see I have 10 users, but now when anyone tries to login, they get an error saying, "Current license does not allow to login with this credentials."

What am I missing here? Do the individual users need to somehow apply a client license?

I think I figured it out. Not sure I am happy about it but I appear to have the answer. You have to delete the # of users down to only 10 after the trial expires, otherwise no one can log in. Kind of figured I could keep the user accounts there, there just wouldn't use the system until I bought more licenses.

Yes, you are correct. In such situations Review Assistant will allow to login to first n created users.
