I have defined four projects for Review Assistant and I have reviews going on for two of these projects. When I go to the Reports window the dropdown only shows a single Project and will only report on this project. How do I get all of my projects to appear in the Report window?

Only Project Owners can observe reports for the project. So, add yourself as a Project Owner to the other projects to be able to see reports from all of them.
