How does work refresh for comment Replies? I reply somebody to his comment. He gets email notification, but doesn't see it in Visual Studio. Refresh button doesn't help. You need to restart whole Visual Studio to see it. Is it expected?

This is a known problem. We will fix it in the nearest future.
There is no need to restart the whole Visual Studio, you can perform a Disconnect - Connect action instead.
