Absent settings.xml (for mail server settings)

This guide
http://www.devart.com/review-assistant/ ... guide.html contains info that allows user to set mail server settings. But file settings.xml that's mentioned in help, doesn't exist in the installation folder. Where can I get it?

You can find more details in "Administrator's Guide" -> "Common Tasks" -> "Configuring Review Assistant Server", "Editing Server Settings" section in the help by the link you've posted above.
it is
C:\ProgramData\Devart\Review Assistant\settings.xml.
