Do you mean that Review Assistant should cache all files to prevent downloading them twice?

My mean :
1. Review Assistant should cache all files to prevent downloading them twice .
2. Add "download all files from svn" button in one review. can download all old and new files .

We consider implementing this feature in future Review Assistant versions.
Maybe, you should try Distributed VCS + svn bridge. DVCS has a local copy of all the revision history, so the operation of getting a file from it is very quick.
