I'm using Visual Studio 2012 update 2, and connect to TFS 2012.

I created a review from a sholveset. However, after opeoning the review, a couple of files can not be opened. For the ones which can be shown in Visual Studio diff viewer, I could not add any comment to them, instead, got the error message:

Cannot add comment to this document. This file doesn't belong to any repository of the current Review Assistant project.

When I cover the cursor over the files in the review board file list, those files which can not be opened have strange paths like:
[local_file_folder]\[TFS_remote_file_path]

Any suggestion?

TFS returns to Review Assistant shelvesets for the entire repository server, not for a specific remote directory. You should choose only those shelvesets, that belong to the remote directory, which was specified in the Review Assistant repository settings. Otherwise, Review Assistant won't be able to open such files.
We will solve this problem in the next Review Assistant version.
