We are receiving and "Invalid Credentials" error.
  • We have the developers working in one domain and the Review Assistant service running in another.
  • The Review Assistant service is running as a domain user of the domain in which it is installed, not the domain where the developers are working. The developers do have accounts in the domain where the Review Assistant service is running.
  • Using IE, the developers can successfully browse to the URL of the Review Assistant service logging in with their credentials from the domain where Review Assistant is running. There is currently not trust setup between the domains.
What did we miss to enable cross domain functionality?

We are facing the same "invalid credentials" issue.

Scenario:
Client and Server are part of the same domain, and service is running as domain user(which is also part of the same domain).

Review Assistant version: 4.0.86

Hi. Thank you for reporting the problem. It seems that you have not access to the AD. Please run the following utility
devart.com/pub/ADUtil.exe
click on the button "Get AD Info" and provide us with the result.
