Cannot access version control in VS2010

Steps to reproduce
- Start VS 2010
- In Review Assistant Options choose the Projects tab
- Click "Credentials"
- Enter in valid domain credentials (or choose "Use Windows Authentication" it doesn't matter)
- Click "Ok"
Expected Results
Connects to TFS
Actual Results
I get the following error, then the IDE restarts
This works in VS 2012 for the same user (though I should note it's not on the same physical PC).
Version Info
I downloaded this version of RA Friday.
Windows 7, 32-bit
- Start VS 2010
- In Review Assistant Options choose the Projects tab
