LiteDAC 4.0 with support for macOS 64-bit

Hi everyone,

Delphi DAC team has added support for the macOS 64-bit operating system to LiteDAC.

What's new:
  • macOS 64-bit is supported
  • Release 2 for RAD Studio 10.3 Rio, Delphi 10.3 Rio, and C++Builder 10.3 Rio is now required
